Child policy: The Blackwood is not suitable for young children

Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside only please.

Pets: Unfortunately, the Blackwood is not suitable for pets.

Deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Balance is due for payment 14 days prior to your stay please.

Cancellations: No charge if up to 72 hours prior to booking. 100% loss of deposit/payment if cancelled within the 72 hours.
